The Paleo Diet is considered as a natural detox diet as it is made up of natural food such as fruits, vegetables as well as animals. This detox diet is the only source which can bring back the working of your organs to normal as well as it can strengthen your immune system. It can increase the energy level and it can also boost the metabolism. The outcome is a rapid drop of weight as well a pleasant change in life.

Any minor change in pH levels could have harmful impact. This diet promises to balance the pH level in the body. But remember it is a demanding diet and not many are able to do the required full cycle. So users have developed some modified forms of the diet which are not as harmful or demanding as the original diet.

Raw Food Diet: This diet is based on the use of small servings of raw vegetables. Vegetables have alkaline qualities and so are helpful in detoxification. It is easier than fasting or the master detox diet but it is still not easy as it allows you to eat only small servings. Also, the recommendation is to eat organic vegetables for added benefit as the regular ones have pesticides on them.
